This illustration was created by Brendan Farren for a special event celebrating Inishowen heritage, creativity, community & sustainable practices – the 2005 Inishowen Summer Gathering. Now 20 years later I am celebrating Inishowen’s regenerative practices and that brings me to a simple life printing, by hand, this selection of produce.
