A day where my dreams become real… is one where I share my creative focus with the community – a Spring Meditation with gentle sounds and floral smells and then midst rain and wind on the main street, energised youth demonstrate their interest in a healthy future, by making choices today that are closer to caring for the natural world than what has been the case to date.
I happened to be ‘out of memory’ on my mobile phone so did a Livestream and shared my inspirations on how nature provides, both from our own inner senses and from the great outdoors.
Enjoy this video of the student from Moville Community College on a Friday afternoon, a date which may mark an empowering new way of being in the world… March 15th, 2019.
Every Friday would be a good time to have weekly focus on how our health and attitudes are connected with the environment. I am ready to host such a conversation for any group, using World Cafe and Heart Communication methods… I have a Cool Social tool-box to share! Just ask me…
So pleasing it is to be free to create! On a Monday morning, this video took shape. I explain why paint with purple today plus there is a mention of a few more tools in the mix of what makes a pleasant creating experiment – for it all anew…
Being Centred & fully Present is my intention for this series of workshops. Each one is an hour and is just a taste of what is possible when you decide to source from your own inner strength, that which has been quiet yet deeply engaged. The workshops are greatly supportive and will remind you of your purity, your wildness, your gentle strength and your fun & loving attitude.

Living in Inishowen this past decade and more, I have immersed myself in the landscape, the society, the surrounding places and people. I have reconnected with my ancestoral connections and my own wild nature. I have become a mother and a Home Education parent as well as creating a home and a farm which I share with friends and family, and intend to share with the wider community, who share an interest in our lifestyle of integrating deep nature connection with modern technological choices.
I offer gifts of short videos of the nature connection journey on my YouTube channel. And I offer anyone interested to join my free Facebook group Sourcing Vitality. See below for new meditation videos (tasters for the Wellbeing & Creativity Workshops).
I recall the words ‘All Change’ from a game I learned at some Social Permaculture event I was at. Seems like that is appropriate now. I hope the change is as fun as the game – even more!
In a split second all can, and has, changed. Living in the Field of Hope that I have been nurturing has really helped me, and it will continue to. The goodness and greatness that is and always has been here on this earth, in this body is shining more brightly more often now. I have been enjoying days of serendipidy and good fortune and the off days hold less power over me, as I become more centred and empowered.
I’d like to share the methods that I have been learning. I have intentions to offer support through facilitating groups in Wellbeing and Creativity. I hope to interview amazing people who inspire me. And I’d like to share the editing of a couple of documentary projects which will please when they are produced.
What would you like me to offer you? If any of the above speak to you, or if you know there is something that I am skilled at that you’d like to experience then let me know!
Coming out of the coccoon of being home with the children is energising for me. And what’s great is that the children continue to journey alongside me … and you!

A year ago I delighted in sharing Cultural Emergence techniques and meeting leading lights who have always nurtured the new in their pioneering ways.

I love the creative process! During it I can go for a walk, like this, and I can Dream Big then get grounded to bring those dreams alive! And I always intend that many enjoy the process along with me! Well, with ingredients of creative healthy people and a lovely location outdoors, may we have many more fun, peaceful and happy types of get-togethers!
Friends made, forests planned and much may come of the conversations we have shared. I would like to invite you to consider how I might help you and your family and community connect to nature (that means your own inner nature and the wider nature that we all share – and love!)
Conversation Cafe Bealtaine Festival is coming to a completion tonight in Buncrana. For sure, I have enjoyed meeting and hearing people speak so beautifully with both memories and new expressions of their nature connections. We are weaving a great web of life – in a way! Let me know if you are interested in more Conversation Cafe’s and related events. I have plenty of creative tools, techniques and games to offer! Le grá Kathleen O’Hara Farren www.theedgeschool.net
